Founded in 1999, KAAD initially specialized in the rental of construction equipment and the provision of general services to large international contractors. In 2001, the company expanded its operations by adding a contracting division and has since gained a reputation for excellence in civil, electrical, fabrication,machining and erection works. Since 2001 the company has done various projects in steel erection as well as the fabrication and machining at its workshop located at Red Sea Industrial Yanbu.
